I've covered most of this before, but in bits and pieces,

this is really the absolute, all you need to know, to know

they are REAL, and something is being done in the

sky above your heads daily... The "what" is still

not fully known, and I do not claim I know

exactly what they are doing, but given their

constant denial about Chemtrails, and obvious proof

by their own words and hands, and with the new

laws under the patriot act and through the department of homeland security,

along with the inclusions of the chemical and biological warfare policies and laws,

(we are considered in a time of war just in case you missed this),

there can be left some great speculation as to exactly

what the what is that they ARE doing!

 

What to do about it? I'm as clueless as you since "they" don't care

what we think, all the normal channels seem pretty moot points,

but no doubt we should at the very least demand they

come clean as to exactly what it is they are doing!

 

Whether it's weather modification, mass inoculations, radar blocking,

or what ever other use they claim,  we do need to know!

Weapons including Tectonic, Laser, Plasma, etc... Can't think of any reason

they might need something in the sky to enhance or utilize any of those,

let alone the biological & chemical stuff can we now?!

 

There is so much supporting evidence, and so little that debunks it.

The military has used so many things in spray form from aircraft

in wars and battles that is documented by them, how can you seriously

dismiss something so clearly obvious happening in the sky above you?!...

 

No matter what, they are doing, they are doing something UP THERE!

regular people and experts and piles of scientific data from weather

persons to physicists, doctors and even ex-government and military people.

CHAPTER 32 - CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM

 

Section 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents

 

 (a) Prohibited activities

      The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) -

        (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or

        (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

 (b) Exceptions

              Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the

              prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a

             test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

        (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,  therapeutic,

             pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.

        (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against

             toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

        (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related  to riot control.

 (c) Informed consent required

      The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment

    described in subsection (b) of this section only if informed

    consent to the testing was obtained from each human subject in

    advance of the testing on that subject.

 (d) Prior notice to Congress

      Not later than 30 days after the date of final approval within

    the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to

    be conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or

    under contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing

    of a chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense

    shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and

    the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a

    report setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the

    experiment or study may then be conducted only after the end of the

    30-day period beginning on the date such report is received by

    those committees.

(e) "Biological agent" defined

      In this section, the term "biological agent" means any

    micro-organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or

    protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally

    occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such

    micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its

    origin or method of production, that is capable of causing -

        (1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human,

      an animal, a plant, or another living organism;

        (2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or

      materials of any kind; or

        (3) deleterious alteration of the environment.

 

Notice the laws, the "riot control" section, and imagine the possibility

the government felt the need to stop the country from "rioting", of course an entire country in a

riot situation isn't likely to ever happen, but just imagine they feared it would

how would they subdue an entire country quickly and effectively?

(And one should consider thoughts of "other uses" especially with the biological agents)

 

From the air of course! That's the only way they could hit the entire population of the USA

and how would they know how, by what methods, and what means to do this?

Obviously some "tests" would need to be done.

 

Now knowing the state of this country today, we could presume the government is about at that point

fearing some international riot situation may be developing, or maybe they have fallen victim of their

own fear mongering and think something is about to happen and they have to act quickly to

be sure they can stop this impending chaos from happening and damn fast!

 

They have one choice beside nuking their own country, mass "riot" control!

They only have one way to subdue millions of people, and it's not the National Guard,

just a bit out numbered, can't call in the military, they are all tied up in Afghanistan, Iraq, Etc.

 

But break out about 150 aircraft loaded to the gills with some heavy duty "happy spray" and viola,

instant chill pill from the sky!

 

OK I can't prove as they won't admit it, but would make logical sense in a day and age where civilians

do out number military and civil service personnel. You can't make everyone drink water,

you can't run to each person and stuff a pill down their neck, but you can cover the country

from above and not many people are dawning gas masks these days, and some are useless

anyway against chemicals others are useless against biological agents...

 

It would be the best "offensive" way to handle such a situation, and they have to figure out how to do it

one way or another and that would have to include testing on populations for data...

 

Again I won't say this is what or why, but it's a "series theory", and especially since it's being noticed

around the globe, that could hold some water...

 

They have tested stuff on us before and granted themselves the authority to continue doing as much,

have you ever heard of the military really giving up on a program? I haven't, only heard about them

advancing or keeping what works and always trying to figure out something new for projects that don't.

 

The government doesn't fund the DOD with all that green to just make bullets and bombs,

and they don't steal the best scientific minds to make good coffee either, and the possibilities

of purpose and desire of these chemtrail programs is almost limitless.

First confirmed by Airport Authority Terry Stewart at the Victoria International Airport on Dec. 8, 2000 as a 'joint Canada-U.S. military operation' and stridently denied by senior officers at Canadian Forces Base (where Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier he had received his information) - these multi-plane missions were verified in March, 2001 by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) manager for the northeastern seaboard of the United States.

It is commonly stated that cloud seeding was invented in 1946 by employees of the General Electric Research Laboratory. This "fact" is wrong. There were at least three earlier scientific attempts to modify weather:
Prof. Emory Leon Chaffee at Harvard University dispensed charged sand from an airplane during 1924, to attempt to modify weather. (McDonald, 1961)


W. Veraart in 1930 dropped dry ice into clouds, in an attempt to modify weather. His technique and results were apparently published only in his book, which was in the Dutch language. (Byers, 1974, pp. 5-6)


Prof. Henry G. Houghton of MIT sprayed hygroscopic solutions into fogs in 1938 to dissipate the fog.
None of these early scientists had adequate financial support for their research, so society was unable to benefit from their ideas. Looking back in time, it is clear that it is not enough to have a good idea or theoretical scientific insight into a problem. One must also have the financial resources to pay both salaries and expenses of scientists with ideas and insight. General Electric provided such resources to Langmuir and Vonnegut, and General Electric management was able to quickly arrange contracts with the U.S. Military.

SEATTLE, Washington, January 8, 1999 (ENS) - Contrails spread by fleets of jet aircraft in elaborate cross-hatched patterns are sparking speculation and making people sick across the United States.

Washington state resident William Wallace became ill with severe diarrhea and fatigue after watching several multi-engine jets spend New Year's day laying cloud lines in an east to west grid pattern. A neighbor working outside came down with similar symptoms. But their wives, who remained indoors, suffered no ill effects from the inexplicable maneuvers which observers liken to high-altitude "crop-dusting" by unidentifed multi-engine aircraft.

The aircraft spraying that has sickened Americans across the country may not be confined to the United States. On August 11, 1998, "USA Today" reported dozens of residents of Quirindi, Australia "swearing they saw cobwebs fall from the sky" after unidentified aircraft passed overhead.

To thousands of people around the U.S., this is not a sci-fi movie or even a conspiracy theory; it is real.

Scott Stevens is a believer.

Stevens, a meteorologist and weatherman with News Channel 6 in Pocatello, said the phenomenon known as "global dimming" could be a clandestine operation by the government to slow the effects of global warming.

While global dimming is a contentious scientific issue, some scientists think thicker cloud cover may be reducing the amount of sunlight reaching the earth.

Stevens, who also runs the Web site www.weatherwars.info, said he believes the cloud cover is generated by airplanes with chemical substances in their fuel to increase and extend the effects of vapor trails. Stevens has appeared on several national radio shows, including "Coast to Coast AM," in an effort to educate the public about chemtrails.

After I returned from Italy at the end of July, I began photographing the Phoenix sky with
the intention that when there was a break in the action, I could post this article.

Unfortunately, that hasn't happened yet. We have been inundated unceasingly with aerial
chemical assaults. On most days I look outside and I don't want to venture out because
I'm tired of exposing my immune system to unknown pathogens. When it rains, I don't
want to walk in it anymore because I know how volatile barium is in water. But...

I don't know about you, but this is something

I don't see normally in rain clouds of natural creation...

 

I used to look at planes and jets all the time as a child,

I always watched amazed with wonder at the

fading trails from behind them as if they

were saying hello to only me with a trail

from above, they always fizzled out

very quickly, lasting maybe 10 minutes at best...

 

I too would lay and watch clouds, for hours on end,

(just one of those things a friendless kid does),

as they passed overhead, seeing the shapes and forms

of anything and everything one could imagine...

 

The skies are not the same today,

the crystal clear blue is barely noticeable

on the best of days, the haze that follows after

strange jets fly by blots it from view day after day,

An hour later, the lines makers come through,

then clouds almost always follow...

 

Even if this is being done as a "cure" for global warming,

or weather modification, we should be alerted,

as to what, and when it's being done!

Since most of the operations aren't even acknowledged,

we are stuck to wonder, just what are they doing in our skies,

all around the world, the one we all share...

 

A brief look at the science of Contrails and Weather and the conditions

needed to create clouds from contrails, should make it

very obvious even to a 7th grader, something else IS going on up there!

I don't expect you to believe me, and I would love for anyone

to be able to prove this isn't so, but I'm betting, if you take the time,

look up the facts, and compare the facts to the references

being noted around the world about Chemtrails,

you'll be looking in awestruck fear, to the skies, just as I...

I was skeptical at first this notion of Chemtrails, having known a little about the science of the sky I
doubted this was anything more than the occasional "natural" cloud creation by contrails from
increased jet traffic, as I know under the remote but possible proper conditions these normal
contrails from aircraft can sometimes become clouds, although this should be a rare occurrence
rather than "the norm" as conditions are not right for this to be an every day event by any means.

After "looking up"  over the past year or so, I'm convinced,
beyond the shadow of a doubt something up
there isn't quite right! I think back through the years, growing up and
loving to watch the jets flying over my head
glinting in the sunlight, making a "streamer" just for me to watch for
a moment then fade away before the next jet came through...
They almost ALWAYS faded away, within minutes after they flew over
except on the very rarest of times which were far and few between!

After debating some of the pros and cons with a close personal friend,
I once again was watching the sky, only this time seeing what I couldn't believe
was actually happening not just in one rare moment, but now daily as I attempt to look
into the once clear blue above, only to see each day the sky blotted from view by
line after line that all grew and became massive dense "mists" and then full fledged clouds
over my head. not just a few times, not once a month or a week, but daily,
no matter the weather conditions and the flight path of these unmarked unknown jets flying above my head.

I watched them fly over time and time again filling the sky with lines and crosses
with "stop points" where it would look as if the streamer was just turned off,
then back on again as the jet would come back only a
few hundred feet from the previous line laid out in the sky.

I know this isn't right, I don't know what it is they, who ever they are, are doing up there,
but it's not right! I hear it denied, yet confirmed, I see reports and tell tale signs that
someone knows exactly what is going on but cannot find 100% conclusive answers
to the questions these "events" cause myself and millions around the world to ask.
We're left to our own device and conclusions. There are indeed credible people posting scientific
and medical information, but they too can't find all the answers. Thousands of videos and millions
of pictures abound, and still, no official will come forth and even attempt to explain let alone
acknowledge what we can see as plain as out nose on our face when looking in the mirror!

We are people, we all share the same food, same earth, same water, and the same AIR this is
happening in and on! We are not cattle to be "inoculated" or "lab rats" to be experimented on,
and the bogus threat of global warming even if it is possibly true, gives NO ONE the right to do ANYTHING
over out heads and under our noses that could be and most likely is destroying the lives we all know as each other,
mankind, the populous of the Earth!

More people must be made aware that something is wrong in the sky above and filtering
down to all life below on a daily basis and what ever it is needs to be stopped!
No matter what it is and what it is all about, we cannot allow our selves, our families,
friends, and fellow human beings

around the world be victimized by some program that is "top secret"
only because they don't think we should have the right to know!
This concerns every man, woman, and child living on this planet, and cannot be ignored!

Look Up! See for yourself, what defies natural, and scientific law, then speak up
and out LOUDLY to those powers that be, and let them know, THIS MUST END NOW!

And for sure if you have the ways and means to do so, help us, find out exactly what is going on out there!
To truly fight it we need to know what we're fighting! If you have a scientific lab, equipment, time, money,

anything that can be of service and value in finding out just what exactly is falling from the skies above,
and what it is doing to US and the earth below, pool those resources and help us all bring proof positive
to the attention of the media, the government, and the WORLD, so we can truly once and for all bring an
end to what could possibly be one of the greatest injustices against mankind in it's entire history, please!

If in the mean time it proves nothing more than we're over reacting to an "unknown nothing of consequence"
then we'll at least all rest easier and be thankful we are diligent enough to see through to the factual end
about something we feared and still be better off! But I don't think this will be the case at all...
